Chemanta employs industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit. We treat all uploaded Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and inventory manifests as "Confidential Industrial Information." Access to your specific datasets is restricted to your authorized personnel only.
We process data exclusively to provide the Safety Intelligence services you have subscribed to, specifically:
"Chemanta does not sell, lease, or trade your chemical data, inventory lists, or personnel information to third-party aggregators, marketing firms, or insurance providers. Your safety data belongs to you."
To ensure global availability and elite-level encryption, we partner with verified sub-processors. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles payment-related data (PCI DSS compliant).
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Upon termination of your subscription, all primary data is marked for deletion. You may request a complete "Data Purge" at any time, which will be executed within 30 business days from our production systems, subject to legal financial record-keeping requirements held by our reseller.
