Refund Policy

We want you to trust our Safety Intelligence platform as much as you trust your own protocols. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Last Updated: September 2026

1. Billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all payments, invoices, and refunds on our behalf. Any charge on your bank or card statement will appear from Paddle, not directly from Chemanta.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting Paddle support. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not itself trigger a refund for the current billing cycle — access to the Service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our Safety Intelligence tools and the immediate allocation of AI processing resources once a billing cycle starts, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced.

Exception: if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the Service, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a review of your case.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Chemanta and our reseller, Paddle.com, and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email info@chemanta.com with your account email and the reason for your request, or contact Paddle support directly (Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries as Merchant of Record). Include your order/checkout reference if you have it — this speeds up the review.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider and is outside of Chemanta's direct control, but typically takes a few business days to appear on your statement once approved.
