Our mission is to empower safety professionals with industry-leading AI tools. This agreement outlines how we work together to maintain a zero-incident environment.

1. High-Precision Safety Infrastructure

Chemanta is engineered using advanced neural networks and OCR technology specifically trained for global chemical safety standards (GHS, REACH, OSHA). Our system is designed to drastically reduce the margin of human error inherent in manual data entry and SDS management.

2. The Principle of Shared Responsibility

To maintain the highest level of facility safety, Chemanta operates on a Shared Responsibility Model:

Our Commitment We provide state-of-the-art AI extraction, real-time incompatibility monitoring, and robust document indexing with 99.9% infrastructure uptime.

User Responsibility The User (Safety Officer) performs the final verification of all critical data before implementing physical changes in the warehouse, ensuring a redundant safety protocol (Double-Check System).

3. Billing, Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment-related inquiries and provides financial compliance across global jurisdictions.

By subscribing to Chemanta, you agree to provide Paddle with valid payment information. All fees are exclusive of taxes (VAT/GST/Sales Tax) unless stated otherwise, which Paddle will calculate and apply based on your billing location.

4. Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Subscriptions: Your license will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled via your dashboard or by contacting Paddle support.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our Safety Intelligence tools and the immediate allocation of AI processing resources, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent access to the service, please contact us within 7 days for a review of your case. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Company and our reseller, Paddle.com.

5. Limitation of Professional Liability

Chemanta is a data processing service, not a safety consultancy. Consequently, the Company shall not be held liable for any damages, industrial accidents, or regulatory fines resulting from (i) decisions made solely based on unverified automated alerts or (ii) the failure of the User to maintain standard safety protocols independent of the Service.

6. Global Compliance & Governing Law

Our operations are built to exceed international standards for data safety. Any legal matters arising from this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered (Serbia), and any proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts designated by the Company.
